This website and service are operated by CyberOne Mobile ("CyberOne Mobile," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide access to direct-to-consumer and business mobile security licenses powered by Check Point Harmony Mobile ("Software" or "Service").
By visiting our website (cyberonemobile.com), purchasing a subscription, or activating a security license, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not access the site or use the Services.
Our e-commerce checkout is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the payment processing and storefront infrastructure.
Section 1 – Software Subscriptions, Licensing & Delivery
- Nature of the Service: CyberOne Mobile sells prepaid, annual subscription licenses granting you the right to activate and run the Check Point Harmony Mobile threat defense application on designated devices.
- Third-Party EULA Incorporation: The underlying mobile security engine and mobile application are developed and maintained by Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. Your use of the Harmony Mobile application is subject to Check Point's End User License Agreement (EULA) and terms. By activating the Software, you acknowledge and agree to comply with Check Point's applicable software terms.
-
License Delivery & Key Allocation:
- Upon successful checkout, your unique, encrypted Check Point registration/activation key(s) are delivered electronically to the email address provided at purchase.
- Each license seat is valid strictly for the number of devices purchased (e.g., 1 Device Plan vs. Multi-Device Plan up to 4 devices). Reallocating or splitting keys beyond the contracted device count is strictly prohibited.
- Prepaid Annual Term & Renewals: Subscriptions are billed upfront on an annual basis. Unless cancelled prior to your billing anniversary, subscriptions automatically renew at the prevailing annual rate to maintain uninterrupted threat defense.
Section 2 – Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because mobile threat defense seats require immediate, irreversible cryptographic provisioning with Check Point upon order completion:
- Electronic Delivery Finality: Once an activation key has been generated and delivered via email or accessed by the customer, all sales are final and non-refundable, except as strictly required by applicable consumer law.
- Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your automatic renewal at any time by contacting support@cyberonemobile.com. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the unused portion of the active annual term.
Section 3 – Crucial Cybersecurity Disclaimer (No 100% Guarantee)
- Inherent Limitations of Security Software: While CyberOne Mobile utilizes enterprise-grade threat intelligence powered by Check Point ThreatCloud AI, no security software, antivirus, or mobile threat defense tool can guarantee 100% protection against all emerging, zero-day, targeted, or human-engineered cyber attacks.
- User Responsibility: You remain solely responsible for maintaining safe operational security practices, including safeguarding device passcodes, managing application permissions, maintaining current OS firmware, and exercising discretion when engaging with external communications, links, and transactions.
- No Financial or Transaction Warranty: CyberOne Mobile does not warrant or guarantee that the Software will prevent all unauthorized wire transfers, financial fraud, phishing compromises, account takeovers, SIM-swap attacks, or data interception. The Service is provided as an active defense layer, not an insurance policy against financial loss.
Section 4 – Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE, SERVICES, AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
CYBERONE MOBILE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THREAT DETECTIONS WILL BE EXHAUSTIVE ACROSS EVERY OPERATING SYSTEM ENVIRONMENT.
Section 5 – Limitation of Liability
- Exclusion of Damages: IN NO EVENT SHALL CYBERONE MOBILE, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS (INCLUDING CHECK POINT SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES LTD.) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
- Scope of Exclusions: THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY OR DIGITAL ASSETS, LOSS OF DATA, ESCROW OR WIRE FRAUD LOSSES, SYSTEM DOWNTIME, RECOVERY COSTS, OR THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICE.
- Maximum Liability Cap: IN ANY JURISDICTION WHERE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY ARE RESTRICTED, CYBERONE MOBILE'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO CYBERONE MOBILE FOR THE APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Section 6 – Prohibited Uses & Account Conduct
You agree not to use the Site, Service, or Software:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform illegal acts;
- To reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the underlying mobile application or network engines;
- To resell, distribute, lease, rent, or transfer activation keys to unauthorized third parties;
- To probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or circumvent any authentication, verification, or license enforcement mechanisms;
- To transmit malicious payloads, worms, or code of a destructive nature.
Violation of any prohibited use will result in immediate termination of your licenses without refund.
Section 7 – Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CyberOne Mobile, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or reasonable legal fees arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Section 8 – Dispute Resolution, Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
- Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your purchase or use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact support@cyberonemobile.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
- Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
- Class Action Waiver: YOU AND CYBERONE MOBILE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Section 9 – Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CyberOne Mobile regarding your use of the Site and Services.
