Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your experience of using Cyberone Mobile App, you have a guaranteed 30 days from the moment you buy your subscription to ask for a full refund. If the refund is requested after 30 days, the cancelation will be processed and not renewed for the following year. No refund will be issued after 30 days but you can use the Mobile App until the expiration date of purchase.
To start a refund, you can contact us at support@cyberonemobile.com, you will need to provide your name, mobile number associated with the app, and email address associated with the app. please note that the refund once issued will take up to 7 business day to show on your credit card statement. All refunds will be refunded back to the credit card used for the purchase

Issues
Any issues on downloading the app, or installation of the app, or any other questions, please contact us at support@cyberonemobile.com
Exceptions- As previously stated you can request a full refund within 30days. If for any reason the app does not work, or you have trouble with the app with the year of subscription can be refunded back to the customer on case by case basis
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the app is being purchased in the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, you will be refunded back to the payment that was used to purchase
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
